Dr. Simon Sagmeister
Dr. Simon Sagmeister is the founder of The Culture Institute, the inventor of the Culture Map method and author of the book BUSINESS CULTURE DESIGN. He combines academic knowledge with practical management expertise and intercultural experience and has honed his focus on corporate culture throughout his professional and academic career in Austria, Switzerland, England, Australia, China, and the USA.
Frank Hermle
Frank Hermle is managing partner at The Culture Institute. He has worked as an international consultant, trainer, and coach at the Management Zentrum St. Gallen and Berylls Strategy Advisors in Europe, the USA, Singapore, China, and India. He gained international leadership experience at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for Management & Leadership Development in New York, London, and Zurich. Frank Hermle advises well-known Fortune 500 companies, medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations on the design of their culture. He has led numerous business culture design projects and is familiar with the challenges faced by a wide variety of organizations and their employees and managers.
