Amelie Marie Fischer is a senior consultant at The Culture Institute. She has experience in HR, employer branding, project management for agile and digital transformation, and change management.
Amelie consistently combines her academic interdisciplinary knowledge with practical experience from politics, SMEs as well as consulting. While working as a project manager and agile coach in international change, organizational and technology projects, she found her passion for breaking patterns in organizations. With her analytical strength and systemic approach, she develops sustainable transformations for complex organizational challenges and enables stakeholders to actively shape cultural change.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Konstanz, she studied Management, Organization Studies and Cultural Theory at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at the Future of Work Lab Konstanz.
