Ivana Gubser is a Consultant at The Culture Institute. She has experience in inclusion advocacy, conducting user research, and consulting on design, strategy, innovation, and organization. Her commitment to human-centered, diverse work cultures has shaped her professional journey.

She pursued a degree in Design Management International at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where she wrote her bachelor’s thesis on gender-related barriers in corporate leadership, leading to a profound understanding of inclusive work environments.

In her role as an Inclusion Specialist at a global leading consulting firm, she developed diversity initiatives and led cross-cultural training programs. With the same company, she moved to Hamburg, where she worked as a Research Consultant, further deepening her knowledge in human-centered development.
